A big highlight for Team Hirschi last year was being a part of the Construction vs Cancer fundraising event here in Las Vegas. This event is all for the kids, and without a doubt, it is for that reason this event became so memorable for us. Our event planning committee had so much enthusiasm from the very beginning because we wanted to be a part of the fun & add our mark to the experiences each kid would have.
Construction vs Cancer is a carnival / festive atmosphere where kids have the opportunity to play with the construction community. Kids were digging through piles of ice in excavators, playing cornhole from scissor lifts, climbing scaffolding, digging in the oversized sand box, and building with jumbo sized Lego blocks. It was great to see the construction community having fun together and helping to raise money for the American Cancer Society. And we are looking forward to this year’s event!
