The safety of Hirschi Masonry team members is our number one priority. The primary focus for everyone is that every member of our team is able to make it home to their families each day.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, but never more so than during Safety Week.
Safety Week is a chance for our team to re-calibrate so that we maintain the proper focus on what really matters.
We recently completed another successful Safety Week with the help of our friends at World Wide Safety, whose work is instrumental in helping us make Safety Week is better and better each time. Their instruction, training and oversight have helped us take our commitment to safety to another level.
Safety Week is a time for us to reinforce that commitment, refresh training, reward the crews who have gone above and beyond as well as recognize other achievements by our team members during the prior three months. It also gives us a chance to connect to every single team member.
