Expect More doesn’t just describe Hirschi Masonry’s work, it also applies to how we approach our community. Both as a company and as individual members of the Hirschi Masonry team, giving back to the community, sharing our success and helping those who need assistance are principles that guide us.

The Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth is striving to eliminate homelessness among Nevada’s youth. As our community grows, the need for NPHY’s services is growing as well and the organization has to grow in response. NPHY recently broke ground on an expansion of its drop-in center and Hirschi Masonry is honored to participate in the project.

Organizers referred to Wednesday’s event as “Pouring the Foundation of Success.”

“I just want to thank the generosity of the community, for helping us drive our mission and making this day be possible and become a reality and we look forward to continuing to support the organization,” said Arash Ghafoori with Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.

The expansion is being paid for with a grant from Nevada Women’s Philanthropy and a construction donation from HomeAid.

HomeAid Southern Nevada, which builds new lives for Southern Nevada’s homeless through housing and community outreach, is helping to make this project possible. The group is providing a $175,000 construction grant to help get the structure built.

As a member of the Board of Directors of HomeAid Southern Nevada, Hirschi Masonry President Chad Hirschi was on hand for the groundbreaking. More importantly, Hirschi Masonry will be on hand during the project, as a proud participant in bringing the project to life to help these very vulnerable Las Vegas Valley residents.

Hirschi Masonry and our team members live the Expect More philosophy. And we don’t shut it off when we go home at the end of the day. Helping the community that has helped us become successful is another area where we bring this philosophy to life.
