One of the principles of Hirschi Masonry’s Expect More philosophy is involvement in our community. We proudly support great charitable organizations and encourage our team members to do so as well.

Recently, HomeAid Southern Nevada and the Nevada Subcontractors Association put on the 2nd Annual Target Homelessness shooting clays event at the Pro Gun Club in Boulder City. Hirschi Masonry was one of the sponsors of this great event, which raised money to further the missions of these worthy organizations.

Some of our team members participated, too. Hirschi Masonry entered two teams in the competition, with one of them, featuring Chad Hirschi and Brad Scow, taking 2nd place overall!

HomeAid Southern Nevada builds new lives for Southern Nevada’s homeless through housing and community outreach. The organization has renovated more than 95,000 square feet and served more than 1,500 homeless children and adults. One recent project by HomeAid Southern Nevada involved the expansion of the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth Drop-In Center, which we also participated in.

The Nevada Subcontractors Association is the premier organization in Nevada promoting, enhancing and protecting the rights of subcontractors in the Silver State. The work of the NSA helps protect the interests of the tens of thousands of families whose livelihoods depend on the state’s subcontractors and suppliers.

“Our team members are always excited about the chance to help out in the community by assisting great organizations like HomeAid Southern Nevada and the Nevada Subcontractors Association,” Hirschi Masonry president Chad Hirschi, who also serves on the board of both HomeAid Southern Nevada and the Nevada Subcontractors Association, said. “Combining the opportunity to support these groups with an event like Target Homelessness makes it even more fun! Our team members are honored to be able to help organizations that make our community a better place to live and work.”
