The 3rd Annual Target Homelessness event is in the books. Each year this event gets bigger, more exciting and more fun! The fact that it’s for a couple great causes makes it even better.

The day of food, fun and shooting clays, held at the Pro Gun Club on Old U.S. Highway 95 in Boulder City, benefits HomeAid Southern Nevada and the Nevada Subcontractors Association.

The Hirschi Masonry team was proud to step up and sponsor the carts that carried the shooting teams to all the stations on the long, winding, hilly course at the Pro Gun Club. We are long-time supporters of both of these excellent organizations and are grateful for the opportunity to help in promoting the fantastic work they do.

In addition to sponsoring, several members of our team participated in the event, which was a tremendous amount of fun for shooters of all skill levels. (“I had fun!” was a common response to the question of how competitors fared in the competition.)

Also included in the program were a raffle and recognitions of the sponsors, including Hirschi Masonry, who helped make the event possible.

Target Homelessness proceeds go to HomeAid Southern Nevada and the Nevada Subcontractors Association, giving back to the community through housing and community outreach.

HomeAid Southern builds “new lives for Southern Nevada’s homeless through housing and community outreach. We carry out this mission through care days, education and awareness in the community and shelter projects.”

The NSA works “support the educational, charitable, and political interests of construction subcontractors in the State of Nevada.”
